Our Camping and Caravanning Site

Welcome to our site in the attractive village of Tolleshunt D'Arcy, near the river Blackwater.

Tolleshunt D'Arcy has a local shop, Country Pub/Restaurant and Indian Restaurant. The large village of Tiptree is close by, with the famous Wilkins Jam Factory and Tearooms and other independent shops like Tesco and Asda.

Within easy reach are: RSPB reserve at Old Hall Marshes, Essex Wild Life Trust Visitor Centre at Abberton Reservoir. The pretty sailing village of West Mersea, famous for its oysters and Heybridge Basin which includes a Pub, Tea Rooms, beautiful walks and canal boats. The market town of Maldon with its ancient quay and Thames Barges.

The historic town of Colchester, Coastal walks, fishing lakes, local golf club and Riding School. We are also very lucky to have right next door to our site a new Footpath, hikers and dog walkers can now walk for miles away from all traffic, the paths can take you into either the village of Tolleshunt D"Arcy or into open countryside with Lake side views. Hedingham Bus Service will stop right outside our gate if you put your hand out, timetables are available on line they are not very regular but at least we have one.

Our Camping and Caravanning Site is ADULT ONLY 5 Touring Caravans or Motorhomes plus 2 Tents. All pitches grass or hardstanding include electric hook-up with many water taps around the site. We also have  one wet room (shower, toilet and sink) plus separate toilet and washing up area undercover. From £22.50 per night Including Electric. We also have a Fully Enclosed Pitch which is ideal if you like to be away from everyone or have your Furry Friends with you (this pitch has wooden fence panels and the rest is double wired)  as in this pitch your dogs do not need to be on leads, this pitch is fully serviced and called The Hideaway.

If you would like to book please ring or email, we are unable to accept card payments over the phone but a bank transferre is great. The pictures below, are of our site and our Fully enclosed Pitch the rest are the footpath which we are very lucky to have next door to us.
